01 / Interior design
An interior design project includes a wide range of services to help realize your vision which provides for creating individual layouts, visualizations, specifications, and drawings, as well as detailed diagrams for builders, including plans and room layouts.

— VISUALIZATION OF THE FUTURE HOUSING
We create visualizations that transport you to your future home. You can see furniture in its multimodule arrangement, feel the space volumetrically, in three-dimensional form, and examine every texture and detail.

— SPECIFICATIONS
Specifications provide a complete description of all components of your interior: materials for finishing, lighting, plumbing, tiles, furniture, decor, and much more. With these documents, you will be able to know exactly where to get all the necessary elements and who to contact for their implementation.

— DRAWINGS AND SCHEMES
At this stage of work, we develop detailed drawings, which serve as instructions for the masters who carry out repair work. This detailed instruction guarantees the correct technical implementation of the project.

02 / Architectural project
Within the framework of the architectural project, we focus on the development of the volumetric-spatial solution of the building, including planning, development of facades, and optimal placement on your site. At the final stage, we provide detailed drawings that builders will use to implement the project.

— CONSTRUCTIVE STAGE
At the constructive stage, we are engaged in developing monolithic and metal structures of the building, such as foundations, columns, and overlaps. We carry out calculations to guarantee the bearing capacity and load of structures and develop detailed reinforcement and formwork diagrams. In addition, we compile material specifications to ensure the correct choice and use of materials during construction.

— WATER SUPPLY AND SEWAGE
The stage of designing water supply systems, domestic and storm sewage includes the development of pipeline routes both within the building and on its external territory. We create well diagrams and develop the necessary equipment for local cleaning. For your convenience, we also form material specifications so you have a clear idea of the essential components and supply sources.

— HEATING AND VENTILATION

At the design stage of the heating system, we carry out heat engineering calculations, choose optimal equipment, and develop underfloor heating and collectors schemes. In addition, we design supply and exhaust ventilation and air conditioning systems with the development of plans and equipment specifications. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and efficient climate in your house.
03 / Author's supervision
The cost of the author's supervision includes regular visits by the author of the project (no more than four times a month) to the object during the implementation period. The author's supervision involves control over the correct execution of the author's ideas, consultations with the customer, and communication with the contractor or builder at the place of work. We understand that the implementation of the project requires constant supervision and communication.

Therefore, we ensure the presence of the project's author on site, where he controls the execution of work, provides consultations and communicates with the customer and builders. We aim to bring your dreams to reality and create a space you will enjoy for many years.
