OVERVIEW
The clients are familiar with renovating for future rentals. Each apartment in its portfolio has its own style. Since Greenville Park 22 is located in the old center of Kyiv, they wanted to create a calm, neutral interior with an attractive accent.
One of the requirements was to definitely use black and white tiles and, at the same time, create a modern interior that would suit singles or a young couple.
FEATURES
The exciting addition to the interior was a kitchen with an island, which stands out with a beautiful accent pattern on the artificial stone.
A wardrobe was arranged at the entrance, combined with a laundry room. A separate bedroom was equipped with a desk and a large closet. All the clients' wishes were considered, and the result met their expectations.
