Entering a house with a foyer, the first thing that catches your eye is the staircase. It serves as the focus, the center of gravity of the entire house. We designed this house in a modern style with a muted color palette. The first floor houses an open space that organically combines several functional areas.
KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM
The linear kitchen area with an island in the center easily transitions into the dining table area and a cozy relaxation corner. To create an airy atmosphere, we chose a gray-beige watercolor palette that gives the space a sense of lightness. The interaction of textures, including brass, natural veneer, quartz, and marble, adds a touch of complexity and becomes the perfect complement.
From the living room, an excellent view of the river opens up, filling a person with a sense of freedom and solitude. The master, children's, and guest bedrooms are on the second floor.
TECHNOLOGIES
The house has all the necessary technological innovations, including the most modern "smart home" system, which provides maximum comfort. The built-in furniture throughout the house was meticulously crafted by Ukrainian craftsmen according to individual design. Essentially, the interior of this house embodies a modern, minimalist, and technologically advanced space.
